What is the name of the "company" that made the first intercontinental airlift in military history? Circa 20.000 men were shipped.

Zaraza was close to the correct answer in the old forum already: Spanish Nationalists

The Spanish Civil War started in 1936 with the uprising of the Spanish troops stationed in Spanish-Morocco under the command of Francisco Franco against the Republican Government. These troops became the core of the Nationalist Army, which also recruited a considerable number of Moroccan troops. As the Republicans were able to boycott the Strait of Gibraltar with the navy Franco asked for help in Berlin. Hitler decided to send some Ju52 for airlift between Spanish-Morocco and Spain.
The Nationalists concealed the military aid by establishing a "civil" company with the name "Hisma" (Compania Hispano-Marroqui de Transportes Ltda.) It took nearly 700 flights with 30 Ju52 from July to October 1936 to move 20.000 (some say 15.000) men, 44 guns, 90 MGs and 500 tons ammo.
