Not really Sci-Fi art but these popped up in my memory when I looked at this post. I remember tracing my brothers albums of 'Nazareth' because of the cool artwork.

Incidentally, a lot of these pics violate the laws of physics by having gigantic moons/planets in the sky and are therefore 'impossible' pics.
In reality, the bodies would probably break up because of the "Roche Limit".
That's why our own moon is so far away; if it got closer the earth's gravity would tear it apart.

"The Roche limit (sometimes referred to as the Roche radius) is the distance within which a celestial body, held together only by its own gravity, will disintegrate due to a second celestial body's tidal forces exceeding the first body's gravitational self-attraction"

Probably not :) His '..vili' ending of the lastname is typical for Georgians - subtropical climate country. But they still have lots of high snowy mountains :)
