The 290mm demolition charge was fired from Churchill AVRE's and known as the "Flying Dustbin"

Max range is 250m.
It'd be an excellent tank-killer if its low-velocity gun could hit anything..

Thats because you can't use them as intended in real life in CM. They were designed to move up to roadblocks/fortified positions/etc etc fire their HC shell and bugger off. As you can't destroy roadblocks and the HC shell while having a big blast is probably undermodeled against buildings.

You can still use them to take out pillboxes but seeing as you need to get within 200m of them to have a realistic chance of hitting before running out of ammo it requires some extremely good movement orders.
