1 - Start a post in the normal way.
2 - Scroll down to the bottom to where you will see the following part.

3 - Click manage attachments.
4 - Click on where it says home in the box that opens.
5 - Click the add files button.
6 - Press select files.
7 - Double click the file you want.
8 - Click upload files.
9 - In the attachments area at the bootom of this pane your file will appear. Click on select box beside file and click insert attachment.
10 - Finish of your post as normal.
11 - Voila the file is in your post.
