Yes, kool, Stukas were the first "precision strike" weapons and I wonder why other nations never adopted divebombers? (apart from the US navy)
Conventional allied mass level-bombing raids flattened German cities but they never put munitions factories out of business, so in that respect they were a failure.
But pinpoint divebombers (if they'd had any) could have surgically demolished factories one by one, the enemy can't make panzers/planes/guns/bullets if they haven't got the factories to do it!
PS- a B-17 level-bombing strike went in against Jap ships at Midway and their bombs missed by a mile, but when the Dauntless db's went in it was "adios three flat tops", i rest my case..:)
Who did not want to ever fly a Stuka ....
Very nice thumbnail!

The US Navy lost quite a few ships sunk by a great dive bomber named D3A "Val" which made it all through the war and imho was as good as the JU87. Had the same non retractable landing gear by the way...

Nice model AB, I like all the subtle weathering, and the pre-shading works well. At 1/32 if must be quite a beast.

Excellent looking bird. You can definitely see how the pre-shading really adds to the finish.
