Well, looks like a devil...

Since the other picture was a toilet, I'd say the sculpture has to do with some hideous, self-repressive, ultra-orthodox, fearful Catholic dogma about shit...

So I have to betray devils mistery :)
tail of the devil shows direction to the tower of the loo :)

(that was very efficient system well readable even to blind persons )

By the look of the size of the buildings and the length of the of the walkway to the tower, you had to plan your visits to the loo well in advance !!

Solves the problem of bad smells in the building though !
