I am playing at the moment an ETO scenario called "A Rock in the Flood"
June 44 Normandy
German troops are trying to escape the Falaise trap. The German player (me) must exit a maximum of units the other side of the map.
The opponent (Polish forces with British equipment) appear on the map from one side and must cut the retreat of my troops.
Very interestind to play for both. For me it had all I needed to learn playing again. Hodge podge set of troops, disrupted chains of command, huge traffic jams in a village, etc... A Huge Mess!!!
Nevertheless, for the first time in my career I got a Firefly with a 50mm AT.. I was just scratching the paint with every hit, but there were so many of them that the crew got a headache and jumped overboard ...LOL
If you want to learn how to manage a huge mess of vehicles, this is for you...
If you are more inclined towards Vodka, take the Poles...
