Just downloaded Command Modern Operations . @HOA_KSOP is right. If you own Command: Modern Air/Naval Operations on Steam this is 50% off. Now if you want the awesome 3D interface and battle review feature as seen in the YouTube videos, it's an additional DLC/ program called Tacview Advanced (https://www.tacview.net/features/advanced/en/), also available on Steam. But it's an additional $70! However it is also compatible with several Flight Sims, so if that's your thing then the investment is worth it. I'm holding off for now.
