Is it proven that are really Hitler and Mannerheim who speak there? And if so how was it proved?

The chief of the General Staff Kurt Zeitzler - watching Hitler over the years very close - explained about him after the war:
"No remark [of Hitler] - even in private conversation! -without calculation.
Almost never a emotional act or display of feelings. Apparent emotional acts mostly calculation!
Enormous performance."
Hitler was a psychologically gifted leader able to adjust himself pretty well to his respective counterpart.
Considering this we have to recognize that Hitler even made his (in)famous rants just to manipulate his audience.
In this way he acted rather clever than insane to pursue his aims.
Of course his whole political beliefs were insane (eternal fight of disparate races, anti-Semitism, etc)
