As Badger73 recently reminded me. 
Over the past weekend we had an old farmer crash his tractor chasing a calf at sunset. He crashed his ATV, dislocated his hip, wound up in our ER the next morning. Tough old guy. Next up was an older couple who were riding their motorcycle when a deer jumped out in front of them. She wound up with a broken neck. He received lesser injuries.
This is just a small sampling of my usual ..... challenges.
