Hello everybody,

my name is Michael, I`ve just joined the few good men and wanted to introduce myself. I'm still new to the Combat Mission series but I've had a lot of fun so far. In my first game one of my T-34 evaded two shots from a PAK by driving into a ditch. I backed him out of the ditch and he got promptly killed by the PAK. The crew ran back into the ditch and were gunned down by a hidden machine gun. I then new that I was hooked:)

I live in Stuttgart, Germany, and I love to fly sims next to wargaming. I regularly fly DCS, X-Plane (IXEG) and FSX (NGX, Dash 8). I hope to engage in a PBEM soon once I have a better feeling for the game. I'm more interested in the historical experience than in a win at all costs.

Have a great time here. Combat Mission is a great game and even better the community here is wonderful. Have a good wander around, stick your nose into various threads , learn, ask dumb questions (get dumber answers) and generally have fun.

PBeM is great fun - ask for a game in the relevant forum - there are some great (and some lousy) players; but in general they are all fair and fun to play.

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played head to head (H2H)
- as you already know. ;)
