Pretty simple screen capture. Can capture screen or record video. will open captured screen in an editor for you to redline or add text. Game screen capture with F11 key. I use it like religion...
This is an informational screen but will give you an idea of what the product does....and it's free...

I am lucky in that regard. The company I use is very good and reliable. Not inexpensive, but what is? (redundant)

If you are using a Nvidia GPU you can use the Gforce Experiance tool. It is free and you can take screenshots and vids without Problems. A nother way would be using the STEAM overlay. It has a build in Screenshot Feature.

I didn't know that either. I've not seen it before, but that means little.
Fixed. Well, I didn't fix it, but you know. Wasn't the normal "mTk moment". Turns out CM can be a bit wonky when it comes to screenshot software. The first one we tried was just flat out incompatible. Then my pc guy DL'd and installed the one he uses (Greenshot) and even that one wouldn't work right away. He had to fidgit with it a little but he's PC Guy so it's all good now for CM.
The other problem was getting a screenshot from World of Tanks. What I didn't know is that WoT has an internal screenshot process and all those times I was punching <scrnprnt> it was actually working just fine. Except the screen save wasn't going to the folder the screen save app said it would be stored in. There is a screen save folder in the WoT game and that is where they are all piled up. LOL
Anyway, good to go now, until next time. Proof below. Current favorite tank, the Russian Tier IX heavy, Object 257. Amazing front turret armor!

F11 didn't work in Monosnap, but CTRL+ALT+6 did....
