Sie Kommen Question

Can anyone tell me if the flowchart for Sie Kommen's battle packs illustrates the path for the Allies winning or the Axis winning? For example, in both the Allies and the Axis manual, a "win" in the "Draw Poker" in the 5 Scenario Battle Pack advances the player to "All in a Mornings Work". Is that an Allied win?
