Toyota agreed to pay $10 million to settle a high-profile lawsuit stemming from the crash of a Lexus ES 350 in Santee that killed CHP Officer Mark Saylor and his family.
A call to the 911-emergency number posted on youtube-shows clearly that the driver, Saylor, trying desperately to control his vehicle that has "stuck accelerator" screams to get help in a recording that ends when die with family.
