Yeah I did notice that... do you have a recording resolution?
@Bootie ... Fraps is set at 30... tried 50 no difference. It appears to have worked OK in the past ... fear it maybe due MS 10 updating.
@Vartuoosi ... will have to look into that one.
Will have to do some more meddling I think.
Wondered whether Fraps needed updating, somehow had missed it.

If your windows 10 why dont you use the built in video game recording software.

When my posted screen shots seemed to all of a sudden look fuzzy it turned out that at some point I changed my screen zoom and didn't quite go back to normal. Canadian Cat recommended hitting <ctrl> 0 to bring the monitor back to normal and it worked. Just thought I would throw that out there.
