@Meat Grinder..I've probably mentally picked 15 different types of forces......can you just send me your exact force mix? That will make it easier for me. 
Sure! I'm so confident in the inevitability of my victories that I'm going to buy all Conscript, -2/-2, Unfit, infantry only forces. Plan accordingly (for all the good that will do you).

Fascinating indeed. A small (company sized / medium map / 30-45 minutes) Meeting Engagement QB with a "Pick the best" or "Pick the worst" theme could be a pretty fun change of pace. Ladder match optional. Each player would have perfect initial intelligence. We could test all the new leadership and motivation findings from @Josey Wales . . .
My nephew and I did something similar back when we were into playing Magic The Gathering. We each built the worst deck we could possibly build, for the other to play with. Of course, we had deck building rules, so that the decks weren't totally unplayable.
As I remember, when we finally got around to actually playing, the games took *forever* to finish, as the decks were really, really (really) bad.

Hey @Wellsonian , now there's an idea. We should have offered HBO a contract to put this on pay per view. I could stand to make a few extra bucks.

All right! Forces picked and files sent back to @Meat Grinder. I've been playing so many Large QBs that it seemed weird not being able to get everything I was used to getting. It will be interesting if my troop cuts turn out to be disastrous.
