I don´t have a titel for it, but I´ve been trying to find a book concerning the fall of Constantinople to the muslim turks in the year 14 hundred something.
I seem to find books touching the subject, but what I really want to read is something on the line with Beevors Berlin, where the fall of the city is the main plot, and not just a footnote.
Hope some one can help me out finding such a book. If it even exists.

Pretty good -- he's also written books about Venice and the naval wars in the Mediterranean 15th to 16th century.

There is also this one. A fiction novel but the context is all about the Siege and the Fall of Constantinople.

There is also: The Fall of the Byzantine Empire: A Chronicle a book by George Sphrantzes.
Georgios Sphrantzes was a close friend and advisor of the last Byzantine Emperor Konstantinos Paleologos. He was also an eyewitness of the Siege and the fall of Constantinople.
His chronicle is considered to be the most reliable source of information regarding the facts. However, as Greek his writing is biased against the Ottomans and in favour of the Greeks.
He was captured and later freed after ransoms were paid. He became a monk and wrote the chronicle.
