A home for Epic Battles through History… FOG2 battles

I have battled with @enigma6584 and have been fighting historic battles through the ages.

I was wondering if there are a few FOG 2 players interested in fighting a monthly battle of these epic battles.

Each month a new battle can be selected. On completing the scores can be listed and comments made.
During the month features and questioned raised concerning the period battle.

If we can get 3 or more players, I will select a battle. Each battle will be played with both armies, but with different opponents.
The highest scoring general will select the next battle, and then selection continues until every general has selected a battle.

Anybody interested or would like to add to my comments?

I'd probably be down for something like this. Sounds interesting and fun!

I guess the TT-mod or other mods for the game aren't allowed. How about the DLCs? Are you talking base game only or is it necessary to have a certain DLC?

Hi Guys

Looking forward to some Epic Battles!

Just to ensure you have which and what modules...

Immortal Fire (1)
Rise of Rome (2)
Legions Triumphant (3)
Age of Belisarius (4)
Rise of Persia (5)

Then I can select our first fight, to battle during April.

@BornGinger & @mTk

The rest have already confirmed they have all modules...
So we are starting "epic battles" with a battle from the "Rise of Persia"
First battle "ULAI 653BC" see thread... any contributions welcome.
Tomorrow (28th) I will be selecting opponients.
If you do not have this module, you can join in an and out of any battle going forward.
Any knowledge of the battle, or comments on that period welcome.
Videos , stories, photos welcome... got to dash … babysitting day.

All battles are for fun ... and knowledge!

I'm busy with a few CM pbem-games right now. But I wouldn't mind to fight on another day and maybe in another campaign.
