A little help with my graphics settings please

@ALBY, Thanks for chipping in.

I've managed to solve it. I dropped my desktop scaling to 100%. I don't know why SF2 doesn't auto scale like the other CM titles, but it works... phew!!

Honestly DD, I’m amazed at how good re-shade can make CM look. It’s easy to install and uninstall and I can drop the presets in our old db folder if U like. These were shared with me by my buddy JH, a PBEM opponent who was blowing me away with amazing screenshots and vids. It’s very easy to turn on and off and toggle between watching and giving orders.
