B-17 Squadron was just announced and is under development, apparently. From what I've seen, I'll probably do a hard pass. B-17 II: The Mighty Eighth, the one that came out in 2000, is still the best bomber sim out there and has yet to be surpassed. Love playing it and currently have it installed. There is a new one under development by Microprose too: https://www.microprose.com/games/the-mighty-eighth/
