Here are the counters for all units in the campaign.
It is the third design version.

The number in the circle is the Regiment number.
Below that is the Battalion number and Company number.

Battalions have the same coloured borders to make them easier to see, because some infantry mechanics revolve around the battalion level.

P.S. There are now an additional 3 company counters of reconnaissance in play as well.
They do not belong to any particular regiment. They have purple borders. They are listed as 10th Battalion, Company 1, 2 and 3.

I have followed a logical suggestion by @Rico to make the counters more visually organized.
Each battalion now has a colored border to make it easier to see forces by battalion.

I have made the first number red for all units, which is the regiment they belong to.

I have updated the visual in the first post above.

Well currently they are actually colour coded to battalions (see the image at the top of the thread), as battalions share more mechanics than regiments.

I could make the borders indicate regiments, and then make all the battalion and company numbers be sequential (battalions numbered 1 to 9 in total and companies either 1 to 3 repeated or 1 to 27 in total).

I have redone the counters.
The new image is at the top of the thread.

I put the regimental number inside a small circle.
All battalions have their own individual number, from 1 to 9.
Each battalion still has a matching border colour to make them easier to see.

Hmmm. Having gone to the trouble of redesigning and exporting all the counters,
I'm thinking it might have been a good idea to number each and every company sequentially as well (1 to 27).
Because players could refer to units easily as "company 17 moves to H10", rather than "2-5-3".
It wouldn't be very historically accurate, but might be a better way to handle things.
If it seems like this would be a better idea, I can re-do them.

Updated the visual in the first post, with recon included (jammed in on the side). :sneaky:
