I'm playing a scenario against Underfire where I'm the Soviets attacking his forces in the mountains.

I'm finding it really difficult terrain.... despite being in the mountains it is quite open and you really need to pay attention to divots and ridges for cover. Unfortunately I believe I have learnt this lesson too late!

CMA is a get down to level 1 and look over the terrain or pay. I find the game engine does a good job reflecting what it was like in this 80s war...

I can't argue with any of the comments above. The combat is very up close and personal.

Well said. Where as I can play the other CMx2 games at a higher level, you need to play CMA at ground level.
