I have not done that yet but I can figure it out. I get the game through steam, and have explored the built in feature there. But I can figure out dropbox I think. If I remember correctly Hapless has a video about it so I'll start there.
Well I just figured out the BFC version of BN also supports PBEM++. If you prefer we can also use that.
