Me too... I never got in the Lock On series, because at the time my rig didn't have enough horsepower.. And I was spending too much time on Falcon 4 AF to start something new. In the meantime, I've stepped out of push button sims and am spending my flying time on IL2 1946. F4AF is still on my drive, my 600 pages Falcon 4 manual is somewhere on the desk, so I might have a go at it again, I didn't take the time to explore the Balkan campaigh that much. But IL2 Cliffs of Dover is coming out in March, so....

After Falcon4, the only flight sim I managed to get seriously into was FSX with the pmdg 747. Due to time thats been left as a project to complete one day.
(i did get that far that i could start up, taxi and takeoff!!! lol)

These games require a lot of time and also have a mean learning curve

Falcon 4 and Falcon 4 AF took me a couple of years (and a lot of flying school) before I could be flight leader in online missions. The problem when you don't fly at least once a week for some time is that you forget where all the damn buttons are and you have to RTFM once more... That's one of the reasons I switched to WW2 flying. But it remains a fantastic experience, the best campaign sim ever made and immersion to its best.
