Thinking this may be a bit much for me.
"Attacks into neighbouring enemy provinces
This would involve selecting a neighbouring province (by land border or by sea connection) and issuing a challenge for battle -- any player from an opposing faction can accept...."

Question: If the adjacent province is enemy controlled how come any player from an opposing faction can accept? Shouldn't the player owning the faction be defending it?
Clearly I'm missing something.
