You are very lucky in this case above... but I have to question what people would do this to their own? I am sure and I know of cases that the Canadian Govn't had done to it's native population , that makes me sick. Both our countries treat the veterans poorly even today. Makes one wonder why any thinking person would fight for their country. One of my sons was thinking of joining and fighting in Afghanistan but after a sit down talk and pointing him to some areas to research he decided not to, if he would of I would of stood by him come hell or high water. It is quite telling when at this years remembrance day ceremonies the Vets did not applaud the Priminister after his speech as is normally the situation.
