To mod CMBN or any of the CM games I know I have to create a " Z " folder within the DATA folder. My question is, when I place lets say, a Infantry uniform mod, how many of different type uniform skins can I place in the Z folder and does the game recognize each skin at random or how does it work Also, does the way it work for uniform mods work the same for weapons, tanks, trucks, landscape, sound and UI ?

I believe uniforms are special. I could be wrong though. In CMBN I have up to 8 different versions of uniforms for one formation. In CMFI I have 14. Basically you have to name them to match the file you want to mod and append a number. They have a space and no padding. So they look like this:
<uniform file name> 1.bmp
<uniform file name> 2.bmp
...
<uniform file name> 10.bmp

I am suspicious if the one numbered '1' is used it may be that the first one should be without number. I noticed that some of the mods start at 1 and some at 2. If you crack open the .brz files with ResExplode and find the uniform graphics you should be able to tell what they should start at.

I have another question ,

I D/L'd the All-In-One-Mod and as I'm looking in the Z folder within CMBN it has placed folder in there labeled as

CMBN ARIA Allied
CMBN ARIS Axis

And so on, do I keep it that way OR do I have to go inside each labeled folder e.g ( CMBN Allied ) and choose the vehicle skin I would like to use and move that skin folder into the Z folder directly OR leave it as is and the game will be able to choose the appropriate skin as needed ?

How do I get rid of the shitty in game shadows, they're horrible AND how if possible, can I run the game in 3840x2160

Multiple folders is allowed and doesn't stop a mod from being loaded. Mods are loaded last one alphabetically wins. So, you only need to take action if there are mods of the same thing (identical file names) in more then one folder. Then I recommend deciding which you want and deleting or moving the other one out of the z folder entirely.

You should be able to run at windows desktop resolution and if that is set to 4K then that is how the game should run. I believe in the Options there is a choice for desk top resolution.
Two things to keep in mind. The UI does not scale in the game so it's going to be super small. Windows scaling (or whatever it's called) will mess things up and make your game look blurry.
