That's easy to fix. You go to Battlefront forum, download the text fix for AK BO and BB. You just need to replace 3 bmp files and you have the text on a black background. I don't find it disturbing at all and this allows me to play on my laptop.

Yes I downloaded the 3 bmp fixes.
I even tweaked them a bit so they wouldn't stand out so much.
But they still don't have that, how should i put it, translucency that the originals have.
So with the new drivers you still can't use the original bmp's?

No idea, just try and see... I am cautious with new drivers though because on my XP Pro, they f*d up some older games like IL2 for instance.. I had to reload a previous one and decided that it would stay like this.
