One thing that plagues old motorheads is hindsight. Those cars that you got rid of over the years ,sold wrecked or traded in there long gone. Like the cars my original pics have long since disappeared. The pics bellow I found on the Internet but are close to the appearance of those cars I owned.

Mine was a 68 340 4bbl 4 speed car......at least it was untill my ex-wife stuffed into the back of a parked water truck . She lived but alas my poor 68 didn't and yes I have thought about the irony of that over the years.

1971 Hemi cuda 4 speed. I ordered mine without the billboard strips on the side, otherwise the pic is spot on. Very very fast car but had a horrendous appetite for fuel . Traded it in on a new 1974 Dodge Powerwagon.

My Mercedes, I went with the white gold plating because regular gold plating is too common nowadays.

BMW Isetta used to smuggle nine people across the Berlin Wall.

Horst Breistoffer bought the tiny car, which he modified to allow a person hide curled up in the space once occupied by the battery and heating system.
Knowing that East German border guards carefully examined large cars and trucks for stowaways, Breistoffer modified the bubble car to make room for an escapee curled up in the space once taken up by the battery and heating system. He was caught during his 10th escape attempt.

An auction company will offer to month, a Volkswagen Beetle 1974 leading tours just 90 kilometers. In his 42 years of life, this vehicle had a single owner. It is the Italian Armando Sgroig, a very religious man who used it simply to get to and from church every sunday. Until 1978, when he left to use.

Nice Mopars. I had a 1972 Dodge Charger, 318 2bbl automatic column shift. Handled like a boat but was fun to drive. I was going to hop it up but I was short of cash at the time so when I sold it stock it was more valuable. I wonder what that thing would go for today mint.
