Is it a rolling pin in misses Bootie's hand during the battle for the TV remote?

My more or less educated guess is the Battle of Prachuab Khirikhan. And the airplane a Curtis Hawk III of the Royal Thai Airforce.

It is Potez 25 A2, one of the first six aircraft of Imperial Ethiopian Airforce (IEA).
It saw action during the Italian invasion of Ethiopia in October 1935. but I didn't found the name of exact battle... maybe the battle of Dessa, where the Ethiopian Army HQ where positioned. Dessa was several times hit by Italian Air Force, and in one instance even the Emperor had to man an anti-aircraft gun.

Wait, I think I found the battle you were looking for:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Anchem

''On 31 March 1930, three of the biplanes from Ethiopia's air arm played a dramatic role in a battle between Haile Selassie (not yet crowned Emperor) and conservative forces seeking his ouster. During the Battle of Anchem, biplanes were effectively used to give Haile Selassie's forces the upper hand.''

Congrats to Bob for becoming the next Grand Quiz Master...you still have to post the next question ...in between polishing your new medal
