Rules are pretty standard: No pre planned arty for meeting engagements. For attack/defence you are free to go but not into or near the attackers set up zone.

Well I only have Italy and Red thunder.

I own Normandy but I uninstalled it because I got so annoyed at the hedges that sometimes seemed to withstand everything you shot at them.
