Since the current version of ScAn_CaDe does not work with CM:A and CM:SF1 scenarios, I wanted to know if there is an old version or an alternative program that can do this.

There is this tool. I have not used it and I don't know what version it supports or if there is a better place to find the latest version. Perhaps you can try it though: http://community.battlefront.com/topic/127008-uncam-combat-mission-campaign-extractor/
Oh, sorry, I forgot to mention that I am not interested in extracting the campaign, but in listing the scenarios.
