I did briefly try to train the kids to get a beer from the fridge .. .but this hooliganism was quickly and brutally quashed by the Home Authorities . ! . (wife) .. Though I concede it was a probably a poor look ...
One of my fondest memories as a child growing up was when it was my turn to go grab a beer for my Uncles (my Da didn't drink often), as we would then get the first swig. Today I drink on average, one beer a year, but I still love that first swig I steal off Mary's beers.
