Just finished the Battle of the Philippine Sea...Looks like it should be called the Great Marianas Sushi Shoot. I played IJN forces.


The Results...





I stayed to the North, swung around the East side of the Mariana's, then headed SW, launched one search to the NW, spotted a surface TF, attacked it, found the carriers, then pounced. Dude had virtually no CAP.

Anyone else play online Flattop? My opponent in a what if in the SW Pacific had wreaked havoc on my land based air forces and had managed to sink the Zuikaku quit after I caught his Merged TF with a couple of strikes and sank 4-5 of his CV’s. Anyone else ready for me to “Tora, Tora, Tora” their ass? Oppo needed, good for 2-6 turns a week, turn rate dependent on real life.
