Men are not made for work, it makes them tired... lol Take it easy and may be ease up a little on the number of games to avoid burn out... I have plenty of free time, as I can even play at work during the night, and I never take more than 6 games at the same time. When the other player has free time as well, it allows for 3 or 4 turns a day and keeps the interest and concentration. Just saying, to each his own...
 
Yes, you need to work less hard and make more time for your games. Do you need me to call somebody and tell them to ease up on you a bit. I can ask for a raise too....
