Some might see it as a cheat, but it eliminates the tactic of the dash for the capture point.
As most objectives are time sensitive, it's down to the scenario designer I guess.

Well it is clearly a cheat non the less...or a modification of the game. But regardless of how you want to call it: If it is singleplayer...hell..do what suits you best. And if it is Multiplayer: If both players agree to it it is fine by me. Come to speak of it: Is it possible to get it running via pbem ?

I could imagine some interesting scenarios with an extended scouting phase or/and exploiting the shift from night to dayligt and vise versa.
