That is really true? Nothing more behind the story? Sounds almost to fictional for me. In every case - if all is right - he has to deal with small beds. He will know that problem since he grew so big. He should be accustomed to that. So no reason to let him slip.

Isn't it that he spent already 75 days in prison? IMO this guy deserves rather some kind of therapy since he suffers from a chromosome disorder that leads to a delayed development. He is just a big baby that did not get adequate assistance in the past.
Look at his "crimes": stealing food and some money, shooting a BB gun?
