From the Daily Chatter.
I thought the answer (which I got wrong) was pretty cool so I thought I'd post the quiz.
What is Point Nemo?
1-The farthest point in the ocean from any land.
2-The deepest point in the Western Pacific Ocean’s Mariana Trench.
3-The place on Earth where the highest winds have been recorded.

The answer is A - The farthest point in the ocean from any land.
Named for the captain in Jules Verne’s ‘Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seaâ€, Point Nemo is the most remote location on Earth - 1,670 miles from any land in the Pacific Ocean.
Thanks to its remote location it is also known as, “The Spacecraft Cemetery†since it is the safest place on Earth to have obsolete satellites and other spacecraft crash land.
