There seems be a need for quick play scenarios Here are a few. These are five small battles for real time play. The battles will be easy to manage. Turn based is also an option if you like. Use for quick battles too. All have very short lengths (about 15 mins) and can be played in an evening so you better get going!

I played the “Ford” scenario using WeGo where the Germans are sneak attacking back at the Soviets. Be forewarned there are some spoilers in this review.
There seems to be too little time to reconnoiter the enemy positions (entire scenario time is 15 minutes). Starting initial set up positions are placed so far back that a third of scenario (5 minutes) is spent getting into position to cross the ford to get to the village. This leaves only 10 minutes to get to the mission objective. This requires a mad dash to make it to the objective. Moreover, the only crossing points are at the two fords and conveniently waiting for them are nasty surprises. Placing German machine gun back on middle hill for base of fire to support crossings doesn’t work well either. The enemy troops are placed in a building (left ford) where diagonal edge of the building faces the middle hill not giving a clean shot or enemy units are placed away from edge of river/stream.
I would recommend either doubling time of scenario (i.e. 30 minutes which isn’t too long as CMRT scenarios go) to allow reconnoitering or triple the size of starting positions to bring axis stragglers initial set up much closer to the fords. Perhaps do both. I would also recommend placing the building on the left ford so it’s facing is parallel to hill across the river in the center of map to allow for better base of fire MG support. Finally, bring the Russian HQ objective building closer to the river so Germans can at least do some shoot and scoot rather than sprinting exposed to the finish line.
I admire the concept of making shorter fire fights, especially for the newbies. This scenario may play differently for real time players. I only played WeGo.
