The battle has developed into two seperate wings, split by a woods. An interesting challenge. looking ok for my French so far, after a good few dice rolls, I might add.
I do see my pikemen are getting bogged in the woods, where pikemen should never go. My bad because I mistook them for medium Welsh spear infantry, doh!

My Germans are in an uphill battle (literally) against @mTk 's Germans -- who got the better part of the map ... looks like my invasion of SE GERMANY may stall...

Yeah, well my plan did not work. I wanted to shoot all my troops through that gap in the forests and for you to waste time trying to re-align while I commenced an attack on your left flank. I did not have a good counter for your missile troop deployment. You have once again affirmed my "barely a speed bump status"...LOL Thanks for the masterful lesson gracefully applied...
