Are the realism rules were you may not target/area target a enemy unit unless the info has gone through the chain of command?

Photoshop is my main tool for generating images, the animated GIFs are edited and created in Premiere Pro.

I use PS Elements 12, but have never found good arrows to use. Maybe they are only in the full version?

I use the Pen tool(s) to create and the Direct Selection tool to modify my custom arrows... I don't use any standard arrows.. another option for you would be to pull your background image into PowerPoint and use the arrow tool in that program.
