Several local restaurants here that have outdoor dining are trying "igloo" dining.
Each igloo has a heater so the idea is not only keep people isolated but mainly warm.

The special of the day was a nice Blubber Bolognese with fresh made tagliatelle. Yum!
Honestly I haven't been to any of these places.
They really are trying hard to get people to come to the restaurants.
I feel bad for the servers having to get to the igloos.
I would imagine the have to wear parkas and a nice set of mukluks.
