Well if someone does something rotten to you I do not think it is unreasonable to require some kind of apology. It's kind of how socializing works.
I have no idea who did what to whom and frankly I don't care that's between them. But this idea that people get to say whatever dumb shit they feel like and everyone else has to be OK with is really what is stupid. I would say to all the members of the royal family "if there are people in your life who don't talk to you any more or don't want to be around you any more... there is a good chance the problem is you." Goes for everyone BTW
