Translation: Fisher's Fritz fishes fresh fish - fresh fish (is being) fished by Fisher's Fritz.

You should read it carefully, Numberz! ;) There is nothing to read about MY Grandma. But if it would be my Grandma I would be glad she has such a well established sexual life. ;)
