I thought I had the same problem. Post it in the CMx2 section. I think there is a sollution. I don't know it btw ;)
 
I have progressed quite well...

Map: 75-80% finished - takes up most of the work, is based on real location
Units: also at 75% finished - it will be a meeting engagement with mirrored forces so not much to do in terms of balancing
Miscellaneous: briefing, description, etc. not yet started but also not much work
Testing: too early to start

Conclusion: so far I feel quite comfotable about the schedule. :)
 
The end date is moved 1 month because of my pc problems I could not finish my map. The date has been set to July the 20th.
 
Update: I am sa good as finished - playing a test game against Oberst krieger from The Blitz right now.

After a little more ironing out the kinks I should be finished. :)
 
Yeah sure. The end date is the 20th so untill then you can fine tune and tweak your scenario.
