Jawahar Circle is a garden in Jaipur city in the Indian state of Rajasthan, built by the Jaipur Development Authority.



Upon reflection, that's quite a good photograph.........
 
Cheaper for a boat bridge for sailboats than a car bridge tall enough for sailboats to get under? Or a draw bridge? I'm skeptical.

It seems that the road is a major highway, so it was either a road over, tunnel under or aqueduct bridge. The third option was (surprisingly) the cheapest.

Really? I would question building a structure that would have to hold the weight of that water on a constant basis is cheaper than a bridge over the water, but I'll take your word for it. Still...
