Ardennes 67 years later

I always loved the Ardenne theatre. I see you only followed route Pieper? You didnt went south to Bastonge and the Bastonge area?
And Bootie (or anyone else) I've been there sooooooooooooooooooooooo many times and did sooooooooooooooooooooo many battlefield tours that your welcome to come along. Its only a 3 hour drive from where I live.

I ve followed Peiper's route but also been in Bastogne and near area plus some other places.
I ve been also in Hurtgen Forest and nearby villages and in Luxemburg.
Visited also Maastricht for a couple of hours after my visit in Germany.

Altough i ve stayed only a couple of hours i liked it very much with the river and the old buildings and churches.
My wife loved it.

La Roche en Ardennes Museum should be slapped for putting the costumes on female mannequins!!!

Damn I would love to visit DG... dont thinkt he wife would be impressed if I buggered of and left her waddling around.... LOL

Its a thing of the future and Scotland it only one hour flight. :RpS_cool:
