I had almost the exact same experience when I first got CMFI. I think it was in the Bear Claws battle. One of my Shermans teleported one tile to the left; but in stages, so as I ran the movie I saw him in his original location, then for a few seconds the tank had moved but the commander was suspended in the air where the tank had been; and then the commander teleported as well. Only ever saw it in that scenario, haven't seen it since then.
CMFI again. 
I had a couple in a PBEM i played on the same map (Mort Aux Cons, nice scenario BTW). Also saw it in CMSF2 recently.
@Hardradi @Lethaface if you still have the turn you should probably send it to @A Canadian Cat, I think he knows who to poke over at BF about it. The more examples we can give them the more chance they can possibly find a fix.

Thought this one was known enough to have been reproduceable, but I just had a quick look in my saves and found one in CMSF. I still have all the saves of the CMFI PBEM but I didn't tag it and there's too many turns to look into plus I don't want to share that password.

How did the vehicle get into the building? Also I note the erratic behaviour is near a wall again.

So this just happened again...
Please say you have a save to send to BFC. That is some weird s**t. Hard to tell, but was the tank hit just as it jumped?
Yeah I sent the file to ACC, no the tank wasn't hit, but it was moving near a barrier, same as the first bug.
I looked closer. It was firing not being fired at. But it is not really that close to the barrier and not really moving toward it that much. Have you seen this in several games or just one?
Check the clip in the original post, it's similar - close-ish to the wall, but wasn't intended to run over it. It just moved up to the wall and then bugged through it.
