Kinda spooky, next it will be playin wargames, Hmmm does this look like anyone on FGM?

Now that my mind is done exploding, I will resume browsing theFGM....
 
Very interesting.

Soon we will have intelligent robots that really can think and with their own personality. I believe humanoid robots will rise in next 20-30 years.
Problem is in definition of thinking. What is it, how to define it and how to know if computer program can think.
There is something called Turing test. In short, if some one can not make difference between computer and human conversation, that computer can be called intelligent.
For example, that test can be done in simple chat room.
Human subject talks to his chat room fellas and his task is to say if they are computes or humans.

That's the future for sure.
Love it or be scare of it, neither will slow it down. I-robot is coming.
Be it in combat, hazardous work, space exploration or as a form of cheap/slave labor.
The question in my mind is as the number of I-Robots increase, what's happens to human race?

Nothing :)
We will have more time to read books, watch movies and play wargames.
Question you are asking is the same question people asked when industrialisation began.

It all sounds very nice all this leisure time, But who will pay for the nation's to sit on there arse's for ever and ever.......That's why i think no Good will come of this idea, It will make people lazy and idle, That is where the Romans went wrong they got idle
