Fascinating unedited raw colour footage of US forces operating in Germany in March/April1945, mostly 4th Armored Division -- the added music is a little annoying, so best to turn it off.

There's even a Pershing tank around the 8 minute mark.

Was able to watch 15 minutes. Very cool. Some thoughts....

Smoking a pipe while inside a haystack not a good idea.

That unit had A LOT of 76mm Shermans.

A lot less trucks and jeeps than I would have thought for all of those tanks. Maybe the cameraman just didn't film as many support vehicles.

Thuringia is beautiful.

Hay and crushed bricks to make mud passable. Good ideas.

Olive Drab is a pretty good camo color if you are going to use a solid color.
